We offer 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must include a Refund Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be asked the reason for your return and you will need to provide your original order number. You may be asked to submit a digital photograph of the defective product as proof of purchase. Accordingly, please have this information easily available. You will receive your RMA form with # and instructions for the return via email.
Please provide us with return information when available. The product must be received by us, in the original condition, with a full description of why the merchandise was returned, with respect to the product(s) within fifteen (15) business days of the notification. We cannot accept packages without an RMA#, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returning a product without an RMA# waives our responsibility of having to issue a refund, even if proof of delivery is available, due to our inability to match your purchase with the return; consequently leading to your loss of both the merchandise and any refund.
You are solely responsible for shipping any returned product to us and any loss for the return product during shipment. You must use an insured carrier service with a tracking number. All returned products must be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that was shipped with the product. If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional restocking fee against the customer for replacement of the missing components

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 15 business days after the receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. We will refund your merchandise purchase price, less 20% percent restocking and shipping fees to your original method of payment. We will notify you by email to confirm the credit once it has been issued.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
